Return and Exchange Policy

At Nigella Egypt, we always prioritize our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you have any comments regarding your order, please refer to the following return and exchange policy:

First: Conditions for Exchange and Return

You can request exchange or return in the following cases:

  • There is a manufacturing defect or damage to the product.

  • You received a product that does not match your order.

  • The product arrived in an unusable condition.

Second: Duration for Submitting a Request

  • The exchange or return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • After this period, no return or exchange requests can be accepted.

Third: Conditions for Accepting Returns

The following conditions must be met for the request to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be in its original condition with the original packaging.

  • Attach the purchase invoice or proof of the order.

  • Opened or used products are not included in the return policy, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Fourth: Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us through the communication methods provided below.

  2. Clarify the reason for the return or exchange and send pictures of the product (if there is damage).

  3. After reviewing and approving the request, you will be provided with return shipping instructions.

  4. In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  5. In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7–14 business days.

Fifth: Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from the store (wrong or damaged product):
    The store bears all shipping costs.

  • If the reason for the return is the customer's desire:
    The customer bears the shipping costs.

Sixth: Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been used or opened.

  • Products that have been subjected to misuse.

  • Special offers and discounts (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
